By accessing or using VeriPep products and services (including veripep.com, VeriPep test cards, and VeriPep Tracker app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products or services.

2. Important Disclaimers

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

VeriPep products and services are for research and personal verification purposes only. They are NOT medical devices, NOT FDA or TGA approved, and do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

  • VeriPep test cards provide indicative results only and do not replace professional laboratory analysis (HPLC/MS)
  • VeriPep Tracker is a research logging tool and does not provide dosing recommendations
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any peptide products
  • We do not endorse, recommend, or provide advice on the use of any peptide compounds

3. Product Limitations

VeriPep test cards use colorimetric reagent chemistry to detect the presence of specific amino acid residues. These tests:

  • Provide qualitative (presence/absence) results, not quantitative measurements
  • Cannot verify purity, concentration, or absence of contaminants
  • May produce false positives or false negatives
  • Should be used as one data point among many, not as definitive identification

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use VeriPep products only for lawful research and personal verification purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not rely solely on VeriPep results for any health-related decisions
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with VeriPep products and services are owned by VeriPep. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIPEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Health outcomes resulting from use or misuse of our products
  • Decisions made based on test results or tracker data
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for our products

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeriPep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
